About the NFC pet collar "pet-key"

Simply hold your smartphone over the mark engraved on the collar (15mm wide) of pet-key, and the dedicated web app will automatically launch. It displays pet information, photos, contact details, and AI guidance audio that the owner has registered in advance, allowing the person who found the pet to take immediate action.

The web app is intuitively editable, and in the event of a lost pet, it can be switched to display high-priority information. It provides gentle and reliable peace of mind for emergencies.

Shipping Information

At KOICHI LEATHER, each item is crafted with great care. After your order is confirmed, we typically ship within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping dates may vary depending on the production schedule.

Additionally, there may be cases where delivery takes longer than usual due to material procurement status. In such instances, we will responsibly manufacture and ship your order after securing the necessary materials. We will also inform you of the estimated shipping date (delivery date) so you can wait with peace of mind.

We are closed for shipping on weekends, national holidays, New Year's holidays, and long consecutive holidays.

No, it is not necessary.

Available on most smartphones. NFC-enabled models only.

Q3. Where do I edit?

You can log in to the web from your smartphone or other device and change it at any time.

Q4. Is the monthly fee mandatory?

This is absolutely necessary for operating the lost child contact feature.

Q5. Will my personal information be leaked?

The collar contains only a URL, and information is managed on the server. The data displayed in the web application is content edited by the customer, and you can define and input the sharing scope.

Q6. Will the data be overwritten?

Yes. The tag has a URL embedded and locked that is exclusive to you.

Q7. What will my role be in the event of a disaster?

This is an urgent matter. The owner's appropriate editing will determine the outcome.

Q8. Is the NFC collar waterproof?

The NFC tag area is waterproof, but the product is not completely waterproof due to the use of genuine leather. After exposure to rain or water, please wipe with a dry cloth and dry thoroughly.

Q9. How do you make the collar function a habit?

Because it's a collar worn every day, wearing it regularly can be immediately useful in case of a lost pet or disaster. We aim for NFC collars to become widely adopted as a new measure against lost pets.

Q10. What's the difference between patentable and non-patentable subject matter?

The patent covers a collar with a mechanism for reporting a lost pet. While the keychain is not covered by the patent, it can utilize the same web application information.
