KOICHI LEATHER（以下「開発者」といいます）は、Androidアプリ「Re:Phone Home｜スマホリフォーム」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、使わなくなったAndroidスマートフォンを家庭内のデータ保存庫として再活用するためのアプリです。

普段使用するスマートフォンと家庭内保存庫として使用するスマートフォンを、同じ家庭内Wi-Fiを利用して接続し、写真・動画・PDF・その他ファイルの保存、閲覧、取り出し、削除、保存庫引っ越し等を行うことができます。

2. 取り扱うデータ

本アプリでは、利用者の操作により、以下のデータを取り扱う場合があります。

・写真

・動画

・PDFファイル

・その他のファイル

・ファイル名

・ファイルサイズ

・保存日時等のファイル情報

・ファイル内容確認のために生成されるSHA-256ハッシュ値

・家庭内保存庫の表示名

・家庭内ネットワーク上のIPアドレス

・接続認証に使用するペアリングトークン

これらのデータは、本アプリの機能を提供するために使用されます。

3. データの保存場所

写真・動画・PDF・その他ファイルは、利用者が指定または設定したAndroid端末の本体ストレージまたはSDカードへ保存されます。

本アプリは、保存対象の実データをKOICHI LEATHERが管理する外部サーバーへ保存する仕組みを使用していません。

4. 家庭内Wi-Fiによる通信

本アプリでは、普段使用するスマートフォンと家庭内保存庫との間で、家庭内Wi-Fiを利用した端末間通信を行います。

ファイル送受信、遠隔閲覧、取り出し、削除および保存庫引っ越しに必要なデータは、原則として家庭内ネットワーク内で直接通信されます。

KOICHI LEATHERのサーバーを経由してファイルを転送する仕組みではありません。

5. QRコードおよびペアリング情報

本アプリでは、端末同士を接続するためにQRコードを使用します。

通常の保存庫接続では、利用者が登録した保存庫について、表示名、IPアドレス、ペアリングトークン等の接続情報を利用者の端末内に保存する場合があります。

保存庫引っ越しでQRコードを読み取った際の接続情報は、引っ越し処理に必要な一時的な接続情報として使用され、通常の保存庫登録情報として自動登録されません。

6. 保存庫引っ越し

本アプリでは、現在の家庭内保存庫から新しい家庭内保存庫へ、写真・動画・PDF・その他ファイルを家庭内Wi-Fi経由でコピーする「保存庫引っ越し」機能を提供します。

保存庫引っ越しでは、

・現在の保存庫から新しい保存庫へデータをコピーします。

・KOICHI LEATHERのサーバーを経由しません。

・コピー後も現在の保存庫の元データを自動削除しません。

・SHA-256等を利用してデータ内容の確認や重複判定を行います。

・同一内容のデータが存在する場合、意図しない上書きを防止します。

・新しい保存庫で設定されている保存先へデータを保存します。

保存庫引っ越しはバックアップサービスではありません。現在の保存庫が故障等により利用できない場合、保存庫引っ越しを実行できないことがあります。

7. SHA-256による重複判定

本アプリでは、同じ内容のファイルが重複して保存されることを防ぐため、SHA-256によるハッシュ値を利用する場合があります。

SHA-256ハッシュ値はファイル内容の同一性確認等に使用され、元ファイルそのものを復元するための情報として使用するものではありません。

8. 権限の利用

本アプリは、機能を提供するために、Android端末上で必要な権限を使用する場合があります。

例：

・写真、動画、ファイルへのアクセス

・カメラへのアクセス（QRコード読取）

・通知の表示

・Foreground Serviceによるバックグラウンド処理

・端末再起動後に家庭内保存庫機能を復旧するために必要な処理

・SDカード等の保存先へのアクセス

これらの権限は、本アプリの機能を提供する目的で使用します。

9. 外部への個人データ送信

本アプリは、保存対象となる写真・動画・PDF・その他ファイルを、開発者が管理するサーバーへ自動送信する機能を備えていません。

ただし、Android OS、Google Play、端末メーカー等が提供する機能やサービスについては、それぞれの事業者のプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

10. 利用者によるデータ管理

本アプリで保存したデータは、利用者自身が管理します。

利用者は、本アプリの機能を利用して、家庭内保存庫に保存されたデータを閲覧、取り出し、削除することができます。

登録済み保存庫の登録解除を行った場合、普段使用するスマートフォン側の接続情報のみを削除し、家庭内保存庫に保存されている実データを自動削除しません。

11. データの安全性

本アプリでは、ペアリング情報、SHA-256による内容確認、1件ずつの転送処理等を利用し、意図しない接続やデータ破損の防止に配慮しています。

ただし、通信機器、Wi-Fi環境、端末故障、SDカード故障、利用者操作その他の事情により、データの消失や通信失敗が発生しないことを保証するものではありません。

重要なデータについては、利用者自身の責任において適切な管理を行ってください。

12. 未成年者の利用

本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象とした交流サービス、チャットサービスまたはSNSではありません。

13. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能追加、法令・Google Playポリシー等の変更に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。

重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは開発者が運営するウェブサイト等で案内します。

KOICHI LEATHER (“Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Android application “Re:Phone Home” (“App”).

1. About the App

The App is designed to reuse an unused Android smartphone as a home data vault.

Using the same home Wi-Fi network, users can connect their everyday smartphone to a smartphone used as a home vault and store, browse, retrieve, delete, and move photos, videos, PDF files, and other files.

2. Data Handled by the App

Depending on the features used, the App may handle the following data:

・Photos

・Videos

・PDF files

・Other files

・File names

・File sizes

・File information such as saved dates

・SHA-256 hash values generated for file verification

・Display names of registered home vaults

・IP addresses on the local home network

・Pairing tokens used for connection authentication

This information is used only to provide the functions of the App.

3. Where Data Is Stored

Photos, videos, PDF files, and other files are stored on the internal storage or SD card of an Android device selected or configured by the user.

The App does not use a system that stores these files on an external server operated by KOICHI LEATHER.

4. Communication over Home Wi-Fi

The App communicates directly between the user's everyday smartphone and the home vault over the user's home Wi-Fi network.

Data required for file transfer, remote browsing, retrieval, deletion, and vault moving is generally transmitted directly within the local home network.

Files are not transferred through a server operated by KOICHI LEATHER.

5. QR Codes and Pairing Information

The App uses QR codes to connect devices.

For normal vault connections, information such as the vault display name, IP address, and pairing token may be stored locally on the user's device.

When a QR code is scanned for the Vault Move feature, its connection information is used temporarily for the move operation and is not automatically added to the normal registered-vault list.

6. Vault Move

The App provides a “Vault Move” feature that copies photos, videos, PDF files, and other files from the current home vault to a new home vault over home Wi-Fi.

During Vault Move:

・Data is copied from the current vault to the new vault.

・Files do not pass through KOICHI LEATHER servers.

・Original files on the current vault are not automatically deleted after copying.

・SHA-256 and related checks may be used to verify file integrity and detect duplicates.

・Existing files with identical content are handled safely to prevent unintended overwriting.

・Files are stored in the destination currently configured on the new vault.

Vault Move is not a backup service. If the current vault is no longer operational because of device failure or other reasons, Vault Move may not be possible.

7. SHA-256 Duplicate Detection

The App may use SHA-256 hash values to help prevent duplicate copies of files with identical content.

These hash values are used to compare file content and are not intended to reconstruct the original files.

8. Permissions

The App may use Android permissions required to provide its features, including:

・Access to photos, videos, and files

・Camera access for QR-code scanning

・Notifications

・Foreground Service for background processing

・Processing required to restore vault operation after a device restart

・Access to SD cards or other configured storage destinations

These permissions are used for providing App functionality.

9. Transmission of Personal Data to External Servers

The App does not include a function that automatically sends photos, videos, PDF files, or other files stored through the App to servers operated by the Developer.

Android OS, Google Play, device manufacturers, or other platform services may separately process information according to their own privacy policies.

10. User Control of Data

Users are responsible for managing data stored through the App.

Users may use App functions to browse, retrieve, or delete data stored in a home vault.

Removing a registered vault removes only its connection information from the everyday smartphone. It does not automatically delete the actual files stored on the home vault.

11. Data Security

The App uses measures such as pairing information, SHA-256 verification, and sequential file transfer to reduce the risk of unintended connections or data corruption.

However, the Developer cannot guarantee that data loss or communication failures will never occur due to device failure, Wi-Fi conditions, SD-card failure, user operation, or other circumstances.

Users should appropriately manage important data at their own responsibility.

12. Children

The App is not a social networking, chat, or communication service specifically directed at children or any particular age group.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised in response to new App features or changes in applicable laws, regulations, or Google Play policies.

Material changes may be announced through the App or the Developer's website.

KOICHI LEATHER（以下简称“开发者”）就 Android 应用程序“Re:Phone Home｜智能手机再利用”（以下简称“本应用”）中用户信息的处理制定本隐私政策。

1. 关于本应用

本应用用于将闲置的 Android 智能手机重新利用为家庭数据存储设备。

用户可以通过同一家庭 Wi-Fi，将日常使用的智能手机与作为家庭存储设备使用的智能手机连接，并进行照片、视频、PDF及其他文件的保存、查看、取回、删除以及存储设备搬迁。

2. 本应用处理的数据

根据用户使用的功能，本应用可能处理以下数据：

・照片

・视频

・PDF文件

・其他文件

・文件名

・文件大小

・保存日期等文件信息

・用于确认文件内容的SHA-256哈希值

・已登记家庭存储设备的显示名称

・家庭局域网中的IP地址

・用于连接认证的配对令牌

这些数据仅用于提供本应用的相关功能。

3. 数据保存位置

照片、视频、PDF及其他文件会保存到用户指定或设置的 Android 设备内部存储空间或SD卡中。

本应用不会将这些实际文件保存到由 KOICHI LEATHER 管理的外部服务器。

4. 通过家庭Wi-Fi进行通信

本应用通过家庭Wi-Fi，在日常使用的智能手机与家庭存储设备之间进行设备间直接通信。

文件发送与接收、远程查看、取回、删除以及存储设备搬迁所需的数据，原则上直接在家庭局域网内传输。

文件不会通过 KOICHI LEATHER 的服务器进行中转。

5. 二维码及配对信息

本应用使用二维码连接设备。

在通常的家庭存储设备连接中，已登记设备的显示名称、IP地址、配对令牌等连接信息可能保存在用户设备中。

在“存储设备搬迁”中扫描二维码时，所读取的连接信息仅作为搬迁过程中的临时连接信息使用，不会自动登记到通常的家庭存储设备列表中。

6. 存储设备搬迁

本应用提供“存储设备搬迁”功能，可通过家庭Wi-Fi，将当前家庭存储设备中的照片、视频、PDF及其他文件复制到新的家庭存储设备。

在搬迁过程中：

・数据从当前存储设备复制到新的存储设备。

・数据不会经过 KOICHI LEATHER 的服务器。

・复制完成后，不会自动删除当前存储设备中的原始数据。

・可使用SHA-256等方式确认数据完整性及判断重复文件。

・如果存在内容相同的文件，将安全处理以防止意外覆盖。

・数据保存到新存储设备当前设定的保存位置。

“存储设备搬迁”并不是备份服务。如果当前存储设备因故障等原因无法使用，则可能无法进行搬迁。

7. 使用SHA-256判断重复数据

本应用可能使用SHA-256哈希值，以防止保存内容完全相同的重复文件。

SHA-256哈希值仅用于确认文件内容是否一致，并不用于恢复原始文件。

8. 权限的使用

为了提供相关功能，本应用可能使用Android系统所需的权限，例如：

・访问照片、视频和文件

・使用相机扫描二维码

・显示通知

・使用Foreground Service进行后台处理

・在设备重启后恢复家庭存储设备功能所需的处理

・访问SD卡等保存位置

这些权限仅用于提供本应用功能。

9. 向外部服务器发送个人数据

本应用不具备将通过本应用保存的照片、视频、PDF或其他文件自动发送到开发者所管理服务器的功能。

Android操作系统、Google Play、设备制造商等提供的服务，可能根据各自的隐私政策另行处理相关信息。

10. 用户对数据的管理

通过本应用保存的数据由用户自行管理。

用户可通过本应用查看、取回或删除家庭存储设备中的数据。

解除已登记家庭存储设备时，仅删除日常使用智能手机中的连接信息，不会自动删除家庭存储设备中的实际文件。

11. 数据安全

本应用通过配对信息、SHA-256内容确认、逐个文件传输等方式，尽可能降低错误连接及数据损坏的风险。

但是，由于设备故障、Wi-Fi环境、SD卡故障、用户操作或其他原因，开发者无法保证数据丢失或通信失败绝对不会发生。

对于重要数据，请用户自行采取适当的管理措施。

12. 未成年人

本应用不是面向未成年人或特定年龄群体的社交网络、聊天或交流服务。

13. 隐私政策的变更

因本应用增加新功能，或相关法律法规及Google Play政策发生变化，本隐私政策可能进行修改。

如有重要变更，可能通过本应用或开发者网站进行通知。

KOICHI LEATHER (en adelante, el “Desarrollador”) establece la presente Política de Privacidad para explicar el tratamiento de la información del usuario en la aplicación Android “Re:Phone Home” (en adelante, la “Aplicación”).

1. Sobre la Aplicación

La Aplicación permite reutilizar un teléfono Android que ya no se utiliza como almacén de datos doméstico.

Mediante la misma red Wi-Fi doméstica, el usuario puede conectar su teléfono de uso habitual con otro teléfono utilizado como almacén doméstico y guardar, consultar, recuperar, eliminar y trasladar fotografías, vídeos, archivos PDF y otros archivos.

2. Datos tratados por la Aplicación

Dependiendo de las funciones utilizadas, la Aplicación puede tratar los siguientes datos:

・Fotografías

・Vídeos

・Archivos PDF

・Otros archivos

・Nombres de archivo

・Tamaños de archivo

・Información como la fecha de almacenamiento

・Valores hash SHA-256 generados para verificar archivos

・Nombres mostrados de los almacenes registrados

・Direcciones IP de la red doméstica local

・Tokens de emparejamiento utilizados para autenticar conexiones

Estos datos se utilizan únicamente para proporcionar las funciones de la Aplicación.

3. Lugar de almacenamiento de los datos

Las fotografías, vídeos, archivos PDF y otros archivos se almacenan en el almacenamiento interno o en la tarjeta SD del dispositivo Android configurado o seleccionado por el usuario.

La Aplicación no utiliza un sistema que almacene estos archivos en servidores externos administrados por KOICHI LEATHER.

4. Comunicación mediante Wi-Fi doméstica

La Aplicación realiza comunicaciones directas entre el teléfono de uso habitual y el almacén doméstico mediante la red Wi-Fi del hogar.

Los datos necesarios para enviar, consultar remotamente, recuperar, eliminar o trasladar archivos se transmiten, en principio, directamente dentro de la red doméstica local.

Los archivos no se transfieren a través de servidores de KOICHI LEATHER.

5. Códigos QR e información de emparejamiento

La Aplicación utiliza códigos QR para conectar dispositivos.

En las conexiones normales con un almacén doméstico, determinada información, como el nombre mostrado, la dirección IP y el token de emparejamiento, puede almacenarse localmente en el dispositivo del usuario.

Cuando se escanea un código QR para la función de traslado del almacén, la información de conexión se utiliza temporalmente para dicho traslado y no se registra automáticamente en la lista normal de almacenes guardados.

6. Traslado del almacén

La Aplicación incluye una función de “Traslado del almacén” que permite copiar fotografías, vídeos, archivos PDF y otros archivos desde el almacén doméstico actual a un nuevo almacén mediante Wi-Fi doméstica.

Durante el traslado:

・Los datos se copian desde el almacén actual al nuevo almacén.

・Los archivos no pasan por servidores de KOICHI LEATHER.

・Los archivos originales del almacén actual no se eliminan automáticamente después de la copia.

・Se pueden utilizar SHA-256 y otras comprobaciones para verificar la integridad de los datos y detectar duplicados.

・Los archivos con contenido idéntico se gestionan de forma segura para evitar sobrescrituras no deseadas.

・Los archivos se guardan en la ubicación de almacenamiento configurada actualmente en el nuevo almacén.

La función de traslado del almacén no constituye un servicio de copia de seguridad. Si el almacén actual deja de funcionar debido a una avería u otra causa, es posible que el traslado no pueda realizarse.

7. Detección de duplicados mediante SHA-256

La Aplicación puede utilizar valores hash SHA-256 para evitar que se almacenen varias copias del mismo contenido.

Estos valores se utilizan para comparar el contenido de los archivos y no están destinados a reconstruir los archivos originales.

8. Uso de permisos

La Aplicación puede utilizar permisos de Android necesarios para ofrecer sus funciones, entre ellos:

・Acceso a fotografías, vídeos y archivos

・Acceso a la cámara para escanear códigos QR

・Visualización de notificaciones

・Foreground Service para procesos en segundo plano

・Procesos necesarios para restaurar el funcionamiento del almacén después de reiniciar el dispositivo

・Acceso a tarjetas SD u otros destinos de almacenamiento configurados

Estos permisos se utilizan para proporcionar las funciones de la Aplicación.

9. Envío de datos personales a servidores externos

La Aplicación no incluye una función que envíe automáticamente fotografías, vídeos, archivos PDF u otros archivos almacenados mediante la Aplicación a servidores administrados por el Desarrollador.

Android, Google Play, los fabricantes de dispositivos u otros servicios de plataforma pueden tratar determinada información de acuerdo con sus propias políticas de privacidad.

10. Control de los datos por parte del usuario

Los datos almacenados mediante la Aplicación son administrados por el propio usuario.

El usuario puede utilizar las funciones de la Aplicación para consultar, recuperar o eliminar datos almacenados en un almacén doméstico.

Al eliminar el registro de un almacén, únicamente se elimina su información de conexión del teléfono de uso habitual. Los archivos reales almacenados en el almacén doméstico no se eliminan automáticamente.

11. Seguridad de los datos

La Aplicación utiliza medidas como información de emparejamiento, comprobaciones SHA-256 y transferencias secuenciales de archivos para reducir el riesgo de conexiones no deseadas o corrupción de datos.

Sin embargo, el Desarrollador no puede garantizar que nunca se produzcan pérdidas de datos o errores de comunicación debidos a fallos del dispositivo, condiciones de la red Wi-Fi, fallos de la tarjeta SD, acciones del usuario u otras circunstancias.

El usuario debe gestionar adecuadamente sus datos importantes bajo su propia responsabilidad.

12. Menores

La Aplicación no es una red social, servicio de chat ni servicio de comunicación dirigido específicamente a menores o a un grupo de edad determinado.

13. Cambios en esta Política de Privacidad

La presente Política de Privacidad puede modificarse debido a la incorporación de nuevas funciones o a cambios en las leyes, normativas o políticas de Google Play aplicables.

Los cambios importantes podrán anunciarse a través de la Aplicación o del sitio web del Desarrollador.
